Below information is no longer current and is remains on this site for archival purposes. Please adhere to the the Wellborn Water Restrictions – Stage 3 requirements.
The District is continuing to experience increased demand during peak hours due to automatic lawn sprinkler systems. The Stage 1 watering restrictions have not resulted in a decrease in water usage. In an effort to maintain storage for drinking, sanitation, and fire protection, Wellborn Special Utility District is implementing Stage 2 Water Conservation. Modify your irrigation timers or contact your irrigation provider to comply with the watering restrictions below. All customers are required to comply with this watering schedule in order to maintain safe water storage during this period of increased fire risk. If the District cannot lower peak demand, stricter measures will be necessary. This is a modification of our previous schedule that is necessary to minimize peak usage and maintain safe levels of storage within the District. These changes are mandatory and absolutely necessary to maintain safe storage levels for fire protection, drinking, and sanitation.
Stage 5 Restrictions Rescinded July 18th. Stage 2 restrictions in effect as of July 18th.
*The HOA will not be issuing violations for dead or dry grass, trees or plants while these restrictions continue.
