Saddle Creek Homeowners:
After careful consideration, the Saddle Creek HOA Board has made the decision to retain the services of an outside HOA Management company to take over the day-to-day duties of running the HOA. We understand that this is an added expense to the HOA but comes at a very minimal cost compared to the amount of time that it takes to handle the business of the HOA. We want to assure homeowners that there will be no increase in our HOA dues to cover the cost of the management at this time, and your newly elected HOA Board will continue to make all financial decisions regarding the HOA.
The new HOA Management company is Beal Properties, LLC, and their services will begin on February 1, 2021. We will be working closely with Toni Myers, HOA Director, and Lara Lewis, Property Services Coordinator. They will be sending communication out to all homeowners right away, providing information on making payments, submitting work orders, and assistance in handling ACT review requests. The Board will continue to maintain the Saddle Creek HOA website https://saddlecreekcstx.org for communication to the HOA Board as well as the Teams.
The procedure for submission for improvements to property will continue to be reviewed and approved by the Architect Team after submission through Beale Properties portal. Instructions will follow from Beale Properties.
A reminder Saddle Creek HOA dues will be delinquent on February 1st.
The Board is in the process of completing the 2021 budget which will be posted on the website and will be announcing a Zoom HOA Board meeting in the next few weeks. We look forward to having more time available for the continued development of the neighborhood and encourage your participation in events and communication with the Board.
It’s time to move things up to a new level and may the next few months be times of a new, successful beginning.
