- Pavilion Update – Pavilion will be open for reservations beginning March 20, 2021. Please refer to the Saddle Creek Website (https://saddlecreekcstx.org) for pavilion and baseball field reservations and rules. The swimming pool cannot be reserved.
- Pool – opening date of the pool will be the weekend beginning May 1st, and will continue to be open only weekends in May. The schedule will be updated later in May. The replaster of the front pools was completed March 10th. Repairs and additional improvements will be made between now and May 1st.
- 3rd Annual Spring Cleanup– March 26th – 28th at the pavilion. Please refer to the Saddle Creek website for disposal instructions. Contact the Events team for any questions.
- Improvement Team– be watching for improvements being made to the entrance and around the pavilion. Team has been working on a plan for repairs and landscaping. Yard of the Month will begin in May and resume for the remainder of the year.
- Commissioner Aldrich update – 50% of the easement acquisition has been obtained on I&GN Road. Widening for the road is planned for October, 2022. Updates to follow.
- Road & Bridge update – re-topping of Saddle Creek Drive from Stirrup to Canvasback Cove will occur later this spring. The Board will be notified so we can make awareness in advance to Saddle Creek residents.
- Bylaws Team– The Board is asking for volunteers to serve on a Bylaws Team for Saddle Creek. This bylaw team is extremely important for the function of the Board of Directors for Saddle Creek. If you are interested in serving on this team, please contact Anita Dunkin via the website under the Teams tab. Please respond no later than March 24, 2021.
- Notice of Violation– These steps will be followed for notification and are also posted on the Saddle Creek Website. Texas State Property Code Chapter 209 sets out the specifics for enforcing violations.
- 1st Drive through – written warning of exact violation with 14 days to cure violation.
- 2nd Drive through – Texas State Property Code Chapter 209 letter with 14 days to cure violation and the lot owner’s right to request a hearing before the Board. This letter is required to be mailed certified letter to lot owner. It will also be delivered by regular mail and email.
- 3rd Drive through – Violation is referred to the attorney to file suit. All legal expenses are the responsibility of the homeowner.
- Reminder that any improvements to property should be submitted to Beal to be reviewed and approved by the Saddle Creek HOA Architect Team.
- Many thanks to the Improvement Team, Skow Family and Beer Family for their hard work on the Nature Trail cleanup. Additional work days will be posted for neighborhood participation.
