Special Assessment Bulletin

The Board is planning several capital improvement projects to repair and replace existing infrastructure and further develop our community assets. When discussing project prioritization and budgets at Tuesday’s Board meeting, the five projects proposed for this calendar year have an estimated cost of approximately $70k. The bulk of costs are associated with replacing the fencing and improving the drainage/landscaping around the pool/pavilion. The Board discussed funding for such a large project and voted to hold a special meeting of the members for the purpose of voting on a special assessment to cover the cost of the fence, landscaping, and drainage improvements.

A bulletin outlining project details, rationale, and logistics is attached. This is an important initiative for our neighborhood, and we hope to have the support of the community to improve the amenities in Saddle Creak.
